Ponderosa Utilities

Ponderosa Utilities, Inc. is a private utility company and is responsible for the care and maintenance of the waterlines, roads, dredging and fish stocking at Lake Ponderosa.  The Basic Fees are assessed on all properties within the Lake Ponderosa Subdivision.  Inquiries regarding these items should be directed to the office via telephone at 641-623-3009 or via email at ponderosautil@zumatel.net.
