Rent The Association Building
Visit the Lake Ponderosa Association building located at 175 Woodland Road. The building has a large kitchen (with two refrigerators & microwave), bathroom, open gathering space, backyard deck and lots of tables and chairs.
Did you know there are several women and men’s groups that meet periodically at the building that are open to all residents with no charge for the use of the building?
Residents of Lake Ponderosa may also rent the building. Cost for LPA dues paying members is $100.00 and cost to non-dues paying members is $135.00. There is a refundable deposit of $65.00, the deposit will be refunded if the building is left in the same or better condition.
