Lake Ponderosa Annual Membership & Donations

Your membership dues help to accomplish all of these important activities necessary to keep our lake safe and enjoyable….. and much more!

• Boat ramp entrance gate – new entrance gate system

• Boat ramp area – video surveillance/recording system

• Boat ramp docks – repair and maintain docks

• Contingency Fund – funds held in reserve to respond to urgent situations

• Association Building – used by community members, maintenance and cleaning

• Communication – Anchor newsletters, LPA website hosting fees and support services

• Fireworks – purchase fireworks and provide a fantastic fireworks show

• No Wake Buoys – repair and replace buoys as needed

• Events: Kids Fishing Derby, Pancake Breakfast, etc.

• Fish Management – manage fish population, fish surveys, annual re-stocking, etc. 

• Financials – manage budget/expenses, insurance, tax filings, contingency fund, etc

• Lake Beautification – roadside improvements, entrance signs, outdoor projects, fun activities, etc.
